Shipping provides 3 different shipping methods:

1) FREE SHIPPING OPTION (Standard Shipping): This shipping method delivers the products in 30 to 40 BUSINESS DAYS to USA and UK; and 50 days to worldwide, and it's 100% FREE of charge.

Note: USPS’s website (USA) is no longer showing the tracking number information for Standard Shipping option, and you should contact your local USPS office if you need to know the location of your parcel. This is only for Standard tracking numbers.

2) Trackable Shipping option: Trackable shipping delivers the products in 10 - 15 BUSINESS DAYS to USA and UK. For the rest of the world, this method would take about 20 business days to arrive. The price for this service is shown when placing the order at the shopping cart page.

Note: Tracking number given for Trackable Shipping option, can be checked on USPS’s website with their tracking tool (only for USA). Rest of the world can check the Tracking information with your local post office. 

3) SHIPPING FROM USA: When you place an order to be delivered from USA, the package will arrive in only 3 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS to USA, and 15-20 business days to worldwide. Only products shown on FROM USA section can be sent from this country.

How does it works:

After you place an order, our staff will review and put it into pre-approve mode. Once you have sent the payment, we will confirm it manually, and, you'll be receiving an email from us with the approval confirmation. Then, in the next 24-72 hours, another email will be sent with the shipping information, including the tracking number (if applies) 

Once the tracking number is active, you will be able to track the package using your courier's website or local Post Office. For USA, it will be USPS and for UK, it will be RoyalMail. Rest of the world: you would be able to check the tracking number by using your local postal service’s website.

Guarantee and Return Policy: guarantees the delivery of your order, for all products sent FROM USA to USA. If your order is not received on the estimated arrival date PLUS 7 DAYS, please contact us and we will review the order's status. In case the products have been lost, or Customs Staff have seized it, we will resend it once TOTALLY FOR FREE.

What happen if the product isn't lost nor seized by Customs? In those cases, the client has 2 options:

a) The client can ask for a product resend, but has to agreed to pay for the products in case the original order arrives no matter the time it takes. If the first order is delivered, the client will have to pay for the order we have re-sent.

b) The client can wait until the Postal Service finish the delivery process.

Most cases, when the Postal Service takes more time than they usually do, they have an important reason: weather related as: storms, snow, floods, etc, or closed airports for example. However, we have nothing to do with those reasons. Once you get the tracking number, it means that we already left the package on the Post Office at the origin. If you get the tracking number from us, it means the parcel has been sent to you and it's on its way to your address. So, please be patience if your local Post Office don't update the tracking number information, it must be for any important reason related to them, not us. Of course, you can ask our staff any information regarding your order, and we will be more than happy to assist you. 

Since 2009, we have never left a client without their medication, no matter where the client lives. We do our best effort to make the orders arrive as soon as possible to your hands.

Of course, we won’t resend any orders that wasn’t delivered because of an incorrect address. The client has the responsibility of double check the name and address before placing an order. If you note that the address you have entered is not valid, please contact us BEFORE we assign the tracking number to this order. Check the name as well. Sometimes, it is required to have a valid ID with your name on it, to pick up the parcel if necessary. No claims will be accepted if the customer enters an invalid delivery address or an incorrect name. Also, no refunds will be given, if the product doesn’t arrive due to an incorrect address given by the client.

We won't resend any products, with an Estimated Arrival date expired by 60 days. Remember: All packages has an Estimated Arrival Date. If you don't get the product, by then, please wait for a couple of days, and then you have to contact us telling that you didn't receive the parcel. After 7 days, in case the package don't arrive, we will resend it totally FREE. However, you can't wait more than 60 days after the Estimated Arrival Date to contact our support team, otherwise we won't resend it.

If the customer placed an orden from India or Singapore to any country, and the package is taken by Customs Staff, the client can will have a resend for free once. Shipment charges might apply too. In case the package being seized by Customs Staff again, the customer can have a second reshipment paying 50% of the order plus shipment costs. If the package is taken third time, for client's own safety, we won't try to re-send it any longer, and a whole new order should be placed.

In case the client placed an order from USA to USA the package is 100% guaranteed. It will arrive without any kind of controls by Customs. However, if the customer order from USA to another country, and the package is seized by Customs, the client can have a reshipment by paying 50% of the order plus shipping costs.

Due the unusual shipping situation caused by Covid-19 Pandemic, this re-shipping policy was modified to 60 days after estimated arrival date.
