Shipping provides 2 different shipping methods:

1) FREE SHIPPING OPTION (Standard Shipping): This shipping method delivers the products in 20 to 28 BUSINESS DAYS to USA and UK; and 30 days to worldwide, and it's 100% FREE of charge.

Note: USPS’s website is no longer showing the tracking number information for Standard Shipping option, and you should contact your local USPS office if you need to know the location of your parcel. This is only for Standard tracking numbers.

2) Express Shipping option: The express shipping delivers the products in 10 - 15 BUSINESS DAYS to USA and UK. For the rest of the world, the express shipping method would take about 20 days to arrive. The price for this service is shown when placing the order at the shopping cart page.

Note: The Tracking number given for Express Shipping option, can be checked on USPS’s website with their tracking tool.

How does it work:

After you place an order, our staff will review and put it into pre-approve mode. Once you have sent the payment, we will confirm it manually, and, you'll be receiving an email from us with the approval confirmation. Then, in the next 24 hours, another email will be sent with the shipping information, including the tracking number. 

Once the tracking number is active, you will be able to track the parcel using your courier's website or local Post Office.  For USA, it will be USPS and for UK, it will be RoyalMail. Rest of the world: you would be able to check the tracking number by using your local postal service’s website.

Guarantee and Return Policy: guarantees the delivery of your order. If your order is not received on the estimated arrival date PLUS 7 DAYS, please contact us and we will review your order. In case the products have been lost, or Customs Staff have seized it, we will resend it TOTALLY FOR FREE.

What happen if the product isn't lost nor seized by Customs? In those cases, the client has 2 options:

a) The client can ask for a product resend, but has to agreed to pay for the products in case the original order arrives no matter the time it takes. If the first order is delivered, the client will have to pay for the order we have re-sent.

b) The client can wait until the Postal Service finish the delivery process.

Most cases, when the Postal Service takes more time than they usually do, they have an important reason: weather related as: storms, snow, floods, etc, or closed airports for example. However, we have nothing to do with those reasons. Once you get the tracking number, it means that we already left the package on the Post Office at the origin. If you get the tracking number from us, it means the parcel has been sent to you and it's on its way to your address. So, please be patience if your local Post Office don't update the tracking number information, it must be for any important reason related to them, not us. Of course, you can ask our staff any information regarding your order, and we will be more than happy to assist you. 

Since 2009, we have never left a client without their medication, no matter where the client lives. We do our best effort to make the orders arrive as soon as possible to your hands.

Of course, we won’t resend any orders that wasn’t delivered because of an incorrect address. The client has the responsability of double check the name and address before placing an order. If you note that the address you have entered is not valid, please contact us BEFORE we assign the tracking number to this order. Check the name as well. It is required to have a valid ID with your name on it, to pick up the parcel if necessary. No claims will be accepted if the customer enters an invalid delivery address or an incorrect name. Also, no refunds will be given, if the product doesn’t arrive due to an incorrect address given by the client.

We won't resend any products, with an Estimated Arrival date expired by 60 days. Remember: All packages has an Estimated Arrival Date. If you don't get the product, by then, please wait for a couple of days, and then you have to contact us telling that you didn't receive the parcel. After 7 days, in case the package don't arrive, we will resend it totally FREE. However, you can't wait more than 60 days after the Estimated Arrival Date to contact our support team, otherwise we won't resend it.

Due the unusual shipping situation caused by Covid-19 Pandemic, this re-shipping policy was modified to 60 days after estimated arrival date.
